Thunderstorms around the Alpine regions, fine and sunny Mediterranean

Sunday
Plenty of sunshine for Spain and Portugal today. Further sunshine in the central Mediterranean too. Italy will be fine with more sunshine and well be very warm. Greece will have sunshine too, as will Turkey and it will be staying very warm or even hot here.
Sunny spells for much of France although some thunderstorms in the southeast. Cloud and some showery rain in the Low Countries and the far north of Germany. Much of the rest of Germany will be dry and bright with sunny spells, Poland will be dry too with some more sunshine to come here. Showers in Hungary with thunderstorms in Austria and Switzerland.
More cloud and rain affecting Denmark. Some showers in the Low Countries with more persistent rain, wind and cool weather for Finland. Brighter Sweden with sunny spells and dry. Further rain, some heavy in southern Norway, brighter in the north.

Monday
Fine afternoon to come across much of Spain and Portugal with lots of sunshine and feeling very warm as well. It will be fine through the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Most of Italy should be dry and sunny although there will be some heavy showers developing in the far north later. Greece and Turkey remained dry and hot with lots of sunshine.
A fresher day in much of central and northern France with broken clouds and some bright spells. Probably warmer across southern areas but rather breezy. A few showers in central France. The low countries and Germany will be breezy with some cloud and a risk of some rain affecting much of central and southern Germany. Poland is likely to be bright but there could be some rain in the far east. Hungary will have heavy thunderstorms and rain in the west, with a wet day in Austria. The precipitation more showery for Switzerland.
Wet and unsettled across Denmark where it will also be feeling cool. A wet day in the Baltic states with some heavy burst of rain, and this rain reaching southern Finland later in the day. Much of Sweden will be on settled with low-pressure bringing rain, some of it heavy. Cool and bright in much of Norway with some showers.
