Mild southerly air through Germany and Low Countries

Any rain will soon clear the far northeast of Spain to allow for a mostly dry and fine day before more rain pushes into the far west and across Portugal. Outbreaks of heavy rain clearing the Balearics through the day and pushing into Sardinia by afternoon. A few showers for Corsica. Italy will remain mostly dry with sunny spells. Showery rain, sleet and snow across Greece and Turkey where it will feel cold.
Heavy rainfall stubborn to shift through central and southern France where it will feel chilly here. Elsewhere should be drier with some sunny spells though turning breezy near the Biscay coast later. Scattered showers through the Low Countries. Dry, bright and sunny though with a cold wind across Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Chilly and dry across Poland and the Balkans.
High pressure resides over eastern Europe and Scandinavia. A dry and sunny day for Denmark though also a brisk and chilly wind. Windy but dry for Norway. Dry with sunny spells but also the risk of mist and fog patches across Sweden, Finland and the Baltics.

Sunday
An unsettled day for France and Spain as a front moves slowly eastwards. Heavy rain for western France plus central Spain, extending east with time. Showers for northwest Spain, but rain should clear Portugal before dawn. Rain or showers for Corsica and Sardinia, some showers also developing for the Balearics. Italy stays mainly dry.
High pressure stays located toward the east, with fair weather across many countries. A mild southerly airflow across the Alps into Germany with plenty of sunshine here. More cloud for the Low Countries with some rain encroaching in from the southwest. Greece and western Turkey look drier with some sun, although showers affect Cyprus.
Staying dry and fairly mild for Scandinavia, some fog patches for Sweden and Finland. Breezy for Denmark and the west of Norway, but generally dry. Chilly in the far north.
