Rain and strong winds northern Europe, fair to the south

Sunday
Another cloudy day for southern parts of Portugal and Spain with some showers later in the afternoon and through the evening, but sunny further north. Bright over France with some showers mostly in north and east. Bright for the British Isles but cloud and rain spreading from Ireland later. Wet and windy for the Low Countries, these conditions spreading soon over Germany. A mostly dry start for Poland but outbreaks of rain in west later. Bright and mostly dry for Norway, some light snow for Sweden and early rain for Denmark. Light snow for Finland and the Baltic States. Mostly cloudy for Belarus and Ukraine.
Outbreaks of rain and snow for Switzerland and Austria, while some rain expected for Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary with snow over high ground. A band of heavy rain will spread over Romania and gradually over the Balkans with heavy snow over high ground.
A rather cloudy day for the Balearics but mostly dry. Bright and dry for Sardinia and Corsica. A bright and dry start for Italy but afternoon heavy showers are expected. Bright for Greece with a few afternoon showers. Dry with sunny spells for Turkey, but turning cloudier later. Sunny for Cyprus.

Monday
A cool and windy day on Monday with heavy showers or longer spells of rain. The Balearics will have showers too. Italy will be fair with plenty of sunshine. Greece is dry and sunny. Rain, heavy in western Turkey, showers in the east.
Rain in the far west of France but fair for the rest of the country with sunshine. Fair and mild in the Low Countries, sunny spells here. ore dry and sunny weather in Germany and Poland, although some showers in the east. Hungary will be bright and dry with sunshine. Austria and Switzerland stay dry with more sunshine here.
Broken cloud and a few showers over Denmark. Heavy showers and outbreaks of rainin southern Sweden. The Baltic States will be bright and dry. Fair for Finland as well as the northern half of Sweden. Further showers in Norway, som heavy.
