Thundery showers continue through the Mediterranean
Staying dry, fine and very warm, even hot, across Spain and Portugal as well as the Balearic islands on Sunday. Much of Italy continues to see scattered showers, some heavy and thundery through Sardinia and Sicily. The Balkan States also seeing thundery, heavy showers. A few scattered showers affecting Greece but dry and fine through Turkey.
A better day through much of France though scattered showers still in the east. Showers continue to affect Switzerland and western areas of Austria, largely dry in the east here. Mostly dry and fine across Belgium and the Netherlands as well as Germany. Rain clearing from the north across Poland.
Mainly dry and fine across Scandinavia with the winds now easing up. There is however some rain and some snow affecting northern Norway still and possible light rain across parts of Finland.
Mostly dry, fine and hot across much of Spain and Portugal. A few thunderstorms look likely to develop though across east and northeast Spain later. Largely dry and sunny through the Balearic islands. Thundery showers still affecting Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily and particularly western regions of Italy. A few scattered showers across Greece and Turkey but plenty of places seeing dry weather with sunshine too.
Scattered showers still affecting eastern France but dry and fine elsewhere. The Low Countries as well as Germany and Poland is dry and fine with good amounts of sunshine. Austria and Switzerland continue to see showers, some heavy and thundery.
Persistent spells of heavy rain push on to western and northern regions of Norway, while eastern and southern areas staying mainly dry. Mostly dry across Sweden but a strengthened wind in the south. Windy but dry across Finland. Dry also for the Baltics, though some mist and fog patches in the morning cannot be ruled out. Dry and fine for Denmark too.
