Rain and sleet in northern Europe, fine for central areas, showers and rai for the western Mediterranean

Monday
Heavy rain pushing in to far southern regions of Portugal and Spain. Largely dry elsewhere here. Outbreaks of rain moving in to the Balearic islands as well as Sardinia later. Dry for Corsica and Italy. Dry with sunshine across Greece and Turkey.
Outbreaks of rain push across the Low Countries, much of Germany and into northern France with winds strengthening and becoming blustery. Staying dry and largely fine elsewhere across France as well as through Switzerland and Austria and the Balkans states. Windy across Poland with heavy rain moving into northern and western area, drier elsewhere here.
Heavy rain soon clearing Denmark but it will remain windy with sunshine and showers. The rain then moving on across the Baltic states. Wet with the heavy rain across Sweden. Scattered wintry showers further north. Cold with rain, sleet and snow for Norway as well as Finland.

Tuesday
Heavy periods of rain in southern parts of Spain and Portugal. Fair in central and northern Iberia with lots of sunshine. Some rain for the Balearics, but fair in Corsica and Sardinia. Italy and Sicily will be fine with lots of sunshine and dry weather. Greece and Turkey will be seeing plenty of sunshine too and will be staying dry.
Some cloud and scattered showers in central France, brighter spells in the north. Drier to the south with sunny spells. Cloud and rain in the Low Countries with breezy weather, cloud and rain across Germany and Poland too. Hungary should be dry and bright with sunshine. Showery rain for Switzerland and Austria.
Sunny spells this morning in Denmark, cloud and rain here later. Sunny spells and showers for the Baltic States. Sleet and snow in Finland, becoming brighter later. Sweden will be dry and bright with sunshine here. Wintry showers for western and northern Sweden.
