Unsettled northern Europe, while largely dry and fine across the Mediterranean

Thursday
Fair for Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine here. More sunshine through the Balearics as well as Corsica and Sardinia. Italy has a few showers in the west but most areas are dry with sunny spells. Greece and Turkey will be dry and sunny.
Wind and some rain in northern and western France. The south of France should be dry and bright. Fair for the Low Countries. Some rain in eastern and southern Germany as well as Poland where it will be heavy. Fair for Hungary with sunny spells. A mainly fair day in Austria and Switzerland.
Some rain in Denmark. Breezy with a few showers in the Baltic States. Cloud and some rain in Finland. Showers and cloud in Sweden. Snow showers and cold in western and northern Norway.

Friday
Much of Spain and Portugal will be dry and fine though the far northwest will see outbreaks of rain, persistent and at times heavy. Dry for the Balearics still as well as being largely dry with sunny spells across Italy into Greece and Turkey.
Staying unsettled with outbreaks of rain sinking south across France along with blustery, strong winds. Dry across southern France and less windy. Heavy rain, sleet and snow for the Alpine areas. Strong winds across the Low Countries with rain clearing to the north here. Wet with outbreaks of rain across Germany clearing from the west. Largely dry but with building cloud through Poland. Dry and fine across the Balkan States.
Largely dry across Denmark but cloud will build here. Some wintry showers across the northern Baltics while dry further south. Rain, sleet and snow for far eastern areas of Finland, drier elsewhere and across Sweden. Snow on to western regions of Norway.
