Windy with rain and showers in the north, fair in the Mediterranean

Thursday
Fair for Spain and Portugal today with plenty of sunshine. More dry weather with sunshine for Italy. Some showers developing in western Greece, but for most areas the day is going to be dry. Some rain and showers in northern Turkey, dry and fair to the south.
A band of heavy rain sinking south through France, brighter in the north and colder too. Windy for the Low Countries with a scattering of showers here. Further showers and cold weather in Germany, cloud and rain, some of it heavy in Poland. Hungary, Austria and Switzerland will be cloudy and wet.
Unsettled for Denmark with frequent wintry showers. More cloud and some outbreaks of rain in the Baltic States. Some cloud and rain or sleet in the south, but drier in the north. Southern Sweden stays unsettled, northern areas are going to be drier. Sunny spells ad scattered wintry showers across Norway and feeling cold here too.

Friday
Rain across northern Portugal and northern Spain. Fair through eastern and southern Spain with good spells of sunshine. Fine too for the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Italy will be dry with more sunshine here. Staying fair across Greece, plenty of sunshine, and remaining fine in central and western Turkey too.
Unsettled for France with some heavy rain in central and eastern areas. Heavy showers in the west. Sunshine and showers for the Low Countries and Germany and feeling cold here. Further showers for northern Poland, rain to the south, again some of this heavy. Hungary and Austria and well as Switzerland will have heavy and thundery rain.
Showers in Denmark, some heavy. Windy and cold with some wintry showers for the Baltic States. Heavy showers in Finland. Sleet and snow for northern Sweden but dry to the south. More showers, sleet and snow in western and northern Norway.
