Turning unsettled across Spain and the Balearics with heavy rain and gusty winds
Friday Outbreaks of rain move down on to northern Spain, heavy in places, as well as the far north of Portugal. Becoming locally gusty too. Dry with sunny spells further south. Mostly dry and fine across Italy and the islands including the Balearics. Greece and Turkey also remains dry with warm sunshine. Turning unsettled across much of France, particularly further west, today. Much of the rain looks to clear the Low Countries and west Germany. Central and eastern Germany, though, will see showery rain. The odd shower across Austria and Switzerland otherwise dry and fine with plenty of sunshine. The Balkans will also stay dry. Some showery rain moving into west Poland. A largely dry yet cool day for Denmark. Showery rain affecting the Baltics. Some heavy showers moving into southern and central Sweden. Largely dry across Norway and Finland.
Saturday Its an unsettled day across Spain and the Balearics with heavy, showery rain widespread across the country as well as blustery winds. Portugal looks to stay mostly dry though likely with some showers. A dry and fine day through Italy and the islands surrounding. Greece and Turkey also look to be largely dry and fine though some showers in east Turkey. A few developing showers across France, Holland and Belgium though most staying dry here. Showers look to develop also into central regions of Germany but again most look to stay dry. Sunny spells and scattered showers in Switzerland and Austria, The Balkan States look to stay dry. Showers in southern Poland but dry elsewhere. A dry and fine day across Denmark and Norway. Largely dry too across Sweden though the odd shower cannot be ruled out. More mixed across Finland and the Baltics with more scattered showers developing.
