Most countries staying dry with sunshine, though still unsettled further east.

Easter Sunday
Sunshine in Spain and Portugal on Easter Sunday. It will be a fair day in the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia too. Some showers in central and southern Italy but fair in the north. Greece will have some bright spells in the far south but northern areas will have heavy showers. Rain in the west of Turkey while fair in the east.
For France the day will be mostly sunny. Staying dry with more sunshine in the Low Countries as well as through Germany. Poland should be fine with more sunshine to come here. A few showers in Hungary but Austria and Switzerland will be dry with good spells of sunshine.
Fair for Denmark with sunshine. More sunshine to come across the Baltic States. Staying fine and sunny in Finland. Sweden will be dry with more sunshine to come here. Further sunshine across much of Norway with some cloud and outbreaks of rain to the north.

Monday
Outbreaks of rain in the far north of Spain but mostly dry elsewhere, though the odd isolated shower cannot be ruled out. Portugal staying largely dry with sun. Dry also for the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Sicily and the far south of Italy may just see more cloud and the odd shower but largely dry elsewhere. Thundery rain across Greece. A drier day for Turkey.
Mostly dry and fine across France, though more cloud and some showery rain in the west. Dry with sunshine across the Low Countries, Germany and Switzerland. A few showers affecting Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Cloud and showery rain for east Poland, drier further west here.
Dry and fine across much of Scandinavia with sunshine and light winds and perhaps some mist and fog patches first thing. Though the very far north of Norway still catching some patchy rain.
