Thundery showers east and south, fair much of central Europe


Tuesday
Prolonged heavy rain for central and eastern Spain. Portugal should be fair with sunny spells, staying dry. Rain in the Balearics, also southwest France. Corsica and Sardinia as well as Italy should be dry with sunny spells after morning mist clears. Greece will be dry with sunny spells, although some rain in the south. Windy in Turkey with rain in eastern areas. Much of France will be dry with sunny spells and isolated showers in the west. The Low Countries should be bright with some sunshine. Northern Germany is likely to be dry too, but cloud and some drizzle in central areas. Poland largely dry. Fair and sunny in Hungary, Austria and Switzerland. Denmark will have a bright day with sunny spells. Some cloud and rain trouble the Baltic States, with heavier rain in Finland. Sweden should be dry with some spells of sunshine. Fair too in Norway, although some rain to the north. as well as much of Norway. Drier for southern Sweden.

Wednesday
Some showers in southern Spain today. fair in central and northern areas. The Balearics will have some sunshine as will Corsica and Sardinia. Italy should have a dry day too. Fine for Greece with good spells of sunshine. Turkey will be breezy, some heavy showers in the east.
A fair day in France with sunny spells and dry weather. Staying dry in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. The dry weather will be continuing in Switzerland and Austria as well as Hungary, plenty of sunshine in these areas.
Cloud and some rain for Denmark and southern Sweden. Wet to for the Baltic States. Some more rain to come in Finland. Northern Sweden will be fair. Rain and showers for Norway, some of them heavy.
