Remaining hot in the Mediterranean but showers in northern Europe

Wednesday
Eastern Spain could see one or two isolated thundery showers later but staying dry, fine and hot across the Balearic Islands as well as Corsica and Sardinia. A few heavy showers likely to affect northern and central regions of Italy though the far south and Sicily staying dry. Largely dry across Greece and Turkey.
Northern Europe stays dry and fine with many regions cooler than of late. Eastern regions of Switzerland into west Austria and down the Balkan States will see showers developing. A drier day for Poland, Hungary and Czechia.
Windy with with outbreaks of rain across Finland as well as northern regions of Norway and Sweden, drier further south. Cloudy with patchy rain affecting western regions of the Baltics, drier further east. Breezy for Denmark but mostly dry with sunny spells.y.

Thursday
A fine and very warm day on Thursday cross Spain and Portugal. Plenty of sunshine and and throughout. Staying fair for the afternoon in the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Italy will be bright although with isolated showers. Greece and Turkey should be fine with more sunshine here.
Fair and hot for most of France although there may be a few thunderstorms in the southeast. Fine across the Low Countries and Germany with more sunshine to come in Poland. Fair in Hungary with sunny spells and fair for eastern Austria. Some thunderstorms forming in western Austria and Switzerland, these heavy at times.
Denmark should be fair and sunny throughout the day. Scattered showers in the Baltic States and a scattering of showers too in Finland. Sweden will be fine with sunny spells. Staying sunny across Norway, some showers in the north.
