Pressure building so weather settling across north and west Europe.
 Friday
Showers easing across northern Spain and Portugal. Drier further south. A few scattered showers for the Balearic Islands but mostly dry here. Rain, heavy at times, continues to affect much of Italy, more so the west, as well as Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily. Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain for Greece into western parts of Turkey.
Rain easing off across France though eastern areas still being affected through the day. Outbreaks of rain still across the Low Countries and into southern Germany while the north remains dry. Rain clearing from Poland and it should be a less cool day here. Scattered showers for the Balkans but plenty of dry weather too. Rain, sleet and snow for Switzerland but drier across Austria.
Largely dry though cold for Norway. Showery rain affecting Sweden still. Winds though mainly dry across Finland. Outbreaks of rain and strengthened winds across the Baltics. Mainly dry for Denmark but eastern regions could see some showery rain at times.
 Saturday
Rain eases off significantly as pressure builds across Spain and Portugal. One or two scattered showers affecting the Balearics but it should stay mostly dry here. Any rain across Corsica and Sardinia shoudl ease off, but heavy rain still affecting Sicily, central and southern regions of Italy. Heavy rain still for Greece into far western parts of Turkey.
Largely dry through France and the Low Countries. Most of Germany will be dry with sunny spells but southern regions will see some showery rain about. Largely dry across Switzerland but some showery rain through Austria. Some rain affecting the Balkan States at times. Poland will be mainly dry.
Patchy rain and drizzle still affecting many parts of Sweden today. Staying mainly dry but cloud spilling over into Norway. Outbreaks of rain across the Baltics, some rain heavy in places, also rain across parts of Finland but plenty of dry periods here too. Largely dry through Denmark.
