Fair much of southern Europe, some showers in central areas


Monday
Much of the Mediterranean will continue to be dry and feeling hot with highs reaching well into the 30s. A few scattered showers could develop across northeast Spain later as well as Sicily.
Largely dry with lasting sunshine for many across France and the Low Countries. Variable cloud across Germany and Switzerland with the risk of some showery rain in the morning. Showers continue across Switzerland in the afternoon pushing in to Austria. A few scattered showers in far western regions of Poland but dry elsewhere. Dry and fine for the Balkan States.
Heavy rain affecting northern regions of both Norway and Sweden, while sunny spells and some local heavy showers across southern areas. Outbreaks of rain pushing north into south Finland later, otherwise dry here. Mostly dry and fine with sunny spells across Denmark and the Baltic States.


Tuesday
Mostly dry in Portugal and Spain with good spells of sunshine, although isolated thunderstorms may affect eastern areas later. Fine through the Balearics as well as Corsica and Sardinia. Italy should be fair with plenty of sunshine. Greece will be dry and sunny as will be Turkey.
France should have a fine day, again with lots of sunshine. Some showers in the Low Countries and southern Germany. Poland will be dry with sunny spells. Fine for Hungary but some showers in Austria and Switzerland.
Sunny and dry in Denmark. A fair day across the Baltic States. Scattered showers for Finland. Further showers in central and northern Sweden but fine to the south. Mixed in Sweden with some heavy showers to the north.
