Today
Very warm and summery across much of Europe. Heavy, thundery rain to affect Britain and western parts of France. Mainly dry across The Low Countries and Denmark. Some heavy showers are forecast for parts of Germany, Poland and these become more widespread across the Baltic States and northern Russia. A few thunderstorms may also affect the Alpine Region. Fine weather is expected across the Adriatic Region and most of the Balkans but occasional showers are likely across Greece and across Turkey with a risk of thunder. Another dry day to come across Finland while showers can be expected across Norway and Sweden. Very unsettled across Portugal and Spain with heavy showers and thunderstorms. Most of Italy will remain sunny and dry expect for a risk of showers in the far south.



Tuesday
The very warm weather continues across Europe today. A number of heavy showers with scattered thunderstorms are expected across Portugal and Spain with a few showers around the Balearics. Fine, warm and dry across Sardinia into Italy and across into the Adriatic Region. High pressure will keep much of the Balkans warm and dry with sunny spells but a few showers will affect Greece and western parts of Turkey. Very unsettled across France, Germany and western Poland with heavy showers and a risk of thunderstorms. Across eastern Poland into The Baltic States and northern Russia expect a dry day. An area of showers to affect southern Russia, The Ukraine and The Czech Republic. A few showers are expected across Belgium but fair and dry across The Netherlands. Wet today across Scandinavia with heavy rain forecast for Norway, Sweden and Finland.
